Minimal subchorionic haematoma
Hello doctor, I am currently 27 weeks pregnant. From 2nd month of pregnancy I have observing spotting and it is not bleeding. Whenever I wipe my vagina with tissues, I see spotting. When I consulted doctor, they advised bed rest and initially I was given Susten 200 mg as I also had smelly white discharge. I was advised weekly thrice injections, later my 4th month scan showed PI levels to be high (more than 1) Now recent scanning says mild subchorionic haematoma, are these related in anyway? I still keep getting smelly light green discharge followed by spotting almost every week. Please advise as I need a healthy, full term, normal and happy baby.

U can use a susten or crinone gel vaginally rather than those capsules The gel is better than capsules Also regarding that greenish discharge I would suggest u meet ur gynaecologist and have a high vaginal swab taken to rule out infection rest the sub chorionic collection that u are mentioning needs you to take progesterone support which is ok if u take gel Also get a prophylactic shot of inj dexona for attaining fetal lung maturity so that if in case preterm delivery happens then baby should survive Also get a Gct test done to test sugars
