LIVER: Liver is mildly enlarged in size and has homogeneous echotexture. No focal lesion is seen. Intrahepatic biliary radicles are not dilated. PORTA: Portal vein is normal and measures 0.7 cm in diameter. GALLBLADDER: Gallbladder is normal in size, shape, contour and wall thickness. No calculus or mass lesion is seen. CBD: Common bile duct is not dilated and measures 0.4 cm in diameter. PANCREAS: Pancreas is normal in size, shape, outline and has normal echotexture. Pancreatic duct is not dilated. No lesion is seen. No calculus or calcification is seen. Pouch of Douglas: Minimal free fluid is seen. ** No free fluid is seen in the abdomen. IMPRESSION * Mild hepatomegaly. * Minimal free fluid in POD - ? PID. UTERUS: Uterus is normal in size, outline having normal echotexture. No focal lesion is seen. Midline echo of uterus is normal (ET = 0.6 cm). Uterine cavity is empty. Cervix is normal. Uterus measures = 7.5 x 4.4 x 3.3 cm. ADNEXA: No adnexal mass lesion is seen. Both ovaries are normal in size and echotexture. Right ovary = 2.4 x 2.2 cm. Left ovary = 3.2 x 1.8 cm.

Normal if u have pain abdomen and pain dring cycles only if any symptoms need to take antibiotics otherwise its normal
