If you are able to digest it without facing any problems e.g. mucus formation etc then their is no harm in taking. You can add Ayurvedic herbs like Ashwagandha powder or Chyawanprash etc for body & muscle strength along with the milk.
Hello my friend,
If you wish to drink milk at night time then it's better if it's warm. Perhaps, It's advisable to have it in morning.
And even if the milk is pasteurised, it's always better to be on the safer side. So, kindly boil it well before consumption.
All the best...!
If u want to take milk because u need protein after weight training exercises then, no. Instead u should take whey protein. You need to take whey protein (by whatever name it comes.) But it should contain 80% whey protein in it. e.g. for 30 gms It should have atleast 24 grams (80%) of protein.) Use it only on the day you gym (within 10 mins of exercise). Dose is 30gms.
