Miliary tb
Hi doctor. I have been diagnosed with miliary tuberculosis since more than a month nw. I'm on medications...i have a lot of pain in my upper and lower back wrist knee arms neck and fever comes and goes off and on too. Could you tell me is it ok to have joint pains in tb or our they side effects of medications and till how long weakness and fever may last. I feel tired sometimes too

Pls check your serum uric acid levels. U can take nsaids yo relieve your pain with TB treatment

It may be drug induced also, ethambutol in att can cause joint pain, no need to worry, take t.ultracet along with ATT for a week.
