Mildly thickened aortic valve
My blood pressure is 140/80. My last echo cardiography says follows: 1. Thickened bicuspid incompetent aortic valve, moderately severe (grade 3/4) AR. 2. Mild globally dilated LV due to volume overhead following significant AR. 3. You have congenital condition of Bicuspid aortic valve with moderately severe aortic valve regurgitation with mildly dilated left heart cavity ( left ventricle). With this if you have been planned for gall bladder surgery,  stress echocardiography has to be done on cardiologist advice to find out whether your heart will be able to take the stress of gall bladder sx.
