Mild Varicose C
Hi,
My husband complained about pain in his right testicle for about 3 weeks. He had a minor uti problem which was sorted out by tabs like zenflox,neeri(ayurvedic).
After an ultrasound, it shows minor varicose c as the outcome in the report.
Please suggest what needs to be done to cure this. He started with some yoga exercises for reverse blood flow, but I request you to suggest a once and for all solution.
He also has problems wrt bowel movements as they are hard and difficult to pass. He feels like the pressure, but cannot pass them. He drinks plenty of water(about 3l) as well.
Kindly advise.

Basic reason in your case is severe constipation.

Take Maharaasnaadi kada 3 tsf twice a day on empty stomach.
Raise the foot end while sleeping remove pillow below the head.
Eat plenty of vegetables,fruits daily.
Yoga,walking will help.
