I have been suffering from mild tingling on my penis tip post urination. The tingling is a bit more aggravated after masturbation. I had it for 2 weeks and then it became okay for a week and then again for the past week I am experiencing the same symptoms.
I am constipated as well for the past few weeks.
My routine urine test and uroflowmetry test is clear as well.
My cbc blood test is also normal.
