Mild pain lower abdomen
Occasionally l feel mild pain (like burning sensation) in my lower abdomen (belt area right side) when I bent or sit with legs folded to abdomen. This uneasy pain is there for more than a year and half. It comes and goes based on my activity level, but I have no problem at all to carry on my regular work at office or home. Nothing has been found by abdomenal sonography and also colonoscopy. Can it be a minor injury to the abdomenal bone or muscle, which is not healing for so all? What should I do to treat this unknown cause of uneasiness, which keeps bothering?

Hello there, If colonoscopy and sonography didnt reveal any anamoly ...then you dont have any systemic problem as such....however your second suspicion could be correct....most probably it is an lower abdominal muscle strain.
Next Steps
i had treated patients with symptoms exactly like you however your pain duration of 1.5 yrs is rather long. usually if its a muscle strain...depending upon the grade it should heal in 3-5 months. dont do movements which cause the pain and dont sit cross leg for time being do get in touch for proper analysis and advice .
