Mild pain in upper back bones or muscle
Hello Doctor I am suffering from mild pain in my upper back bones/muscles when i sit on chair with support of upper back and also feel very mild pain in right and left side of chest bones while taking deeply breathing. Kindly suggest me Methycobal D once in a day and pregabid nt once after dinner is useful in that. Your answer will be appreciated. Thanks

Hi there. I am Dr Arpit. There may be many causes of your problem like bad posture while sitting and working. Yes, you can take multivitamins but I do not recommend Pregabid NT at this point of time.
Next Steps
Please consult a neurologist once for evaluation. Plz consult a physiotherapist too.

May be you are suffering from mild spondylitis.  Those two  drugs can be useful. You can also take one tablet of myospaz on need base  .do regular walking.
