Mild Pain in testicle and nausea
With smaller hits, my left testicle pain like when it get hit. That time I get pain in my stomach and feels nausea. Pain goes away within 10 seconds but nausea stays for up to 5 minutes. Right one is OK. If I try to hit it softly with hand, it doesn't pain. But sometimes it gets hit by underwear or water jet in toilet, it starts to pain. And nausea also comes. I felt a spongy small pea size something is below testicle, it is stick to it but can feel its shape, is spherical. Left one is larger than right one but there's no pain when I press it up to a limit. Please suggest something on this.
