Hi the pain in the testicle could be for different reasons from epididymitis to torsion or may be simple trauma When you say pubic pain it could be your Groin If there are nodes that are warm and painful to touch then it could be an infection Same way if the testis sometime gets twisted in the scrotum it can cause a pull on the spermatic cord this the pain in pubic area. Does your pain get relieved when you gently lift the testis or it gets worse ? In either case if infection or torsion or trauma you need a proper medical consultation. Please visit a local physician preferably A venereologist Or you can book an appointment for online consult here and I can look into the matter in detail . Stay healthy Dr H S Chauhan
