Mild pain in left testis
Hello Doctor, Few days back during night I had a sudden pain(quiet severe) in my left testis It was paining when I moved or touched it but in morning it was gone and only mild pain was there.Now it's been 2 days but the mild pain is still there even though it was reduced a lot and I am having warm sensetion in my left testis and scrotum and some mild pain in my testis and vein connecting to it.Is it serious?Should I go to hospital immediately?

Do sonography of scrotum and consult a surgeon. Take painkiller for pain
