Mild pain at my third molar(mandible)
I have got horizontally impacted wisdom teeth.I rarely experiencd any pain and bleeding. But I wish to go for the removal since may cause infection.Food particles get stuck often and it gets removing them.Bad breath follows.I want to go for extraction and I would lie to know if there would be any problems associated with the alveolar nerve.

If the tooth is very close to nerve then there are chances of it to get damaged...but its very rare.. Don't worry good surgeon can take care of it...
