Mild hypothyroidsim
I would like to know if I should take medication for my TSh levels. My symptoms are hair fall and feeling drowsy during the day but I do not have issues of weight gain and irregular periods. My TSH level is 6.51, T3 is 0.99 ng/mL and FT4 is 0.92 ng/mL

Helo Yes u need to take thyroid tablets At a Min dosage of 50 mcg early morning empty stomach.. for 2 weeks and repeat the test again . If it’s coming under control then u can reduce it Else increase the dose. Hope it’s usefuel☺️
