Mild high bp
I am having headache from 3 to 4 hours. My bp reading is coming 146 and 90.
Kindly advise how I could I maintain high bp or do I need any medication.

-Also recommended to do a BP charting 2 times a day for 3 days
-Restrict salt in your diet
