Mild hepatomegaly with grade 1 infiltrat
Respectful Sir, Is the said issue a concern? I did incidental test for abdomen (ultrasound) by self and came to know that there is a Mild Hepatomegaly with grade 1 infiltration of hepatic parenchyma. Hence kindly suggest is that a cause of concern! Please do suggest what precautions should I take for clearing the problem. Is it life threatening? Other parts in the ultrasound look normal. But then did a liver function test and everything look normal except SGPT/ALT which is 76 IU/L. The reference range was 41 IU/L. Hence I request your inference in this issue and clear the dilemma. Thank You.
