Suffering from mild fever less than 100 since 4th sep diagnosed with typhoid medicated with zifi -o till 15 days but no improvement. ESR 20 in cbc , paratyphi monosella sensitive. In urin culture most medicine are resistant except nitrotuntion under medication for 7 days with metifur 100 mg.
