Mild fever
Hello, my mother has met with a family member of covid positive patient yesterday with proper mask and distance.  After returning home, today she felt mild fever in the morning for which she took a paracetamol tablet from a local practitioner. Now the fever has gone down after the medicine, but still I am afraid if she has any possibility of covid. Today is the first day only and she met that person yesterday evening. What to do now in this situation? Can she start some early home remedies as precautionary measures, like steam ? Or if any other precautionary measures are there, which she can start from today itself.???

Their are as such no home remedies for covid. What you can do is look for symptoms like fever, cough, sore throat, breathlessness, headache, generalized fatigue etc along with home isolation for 1 week minimum
Next Steps
Within this 1 week get a RT-PCR if fever persists or other symptoms appear
