Mild fever, headache
For the past 2 days, I have been suffering from fever, dizziness and headaches. Whenever I stand up, I feel like I'm about to collapse. Even when I eat, I feel sick. My eyes hurt too when I roll them sideways and upwards. I recently got back from an outstation trip. I was in a car for over 17 hours where the symptoms first started showing.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. With the history you have given, a physical examination is also required for commenting on what is happening. But it might be due to weakness. Have food on time. Lots of greens and vegetables, drink lots of water. Rest for two days. Cap. Gibkoba-m once a day after food for 10 days. Don't travel for a week now. Meet a general physician and get your blood pressure checked out. Have soft foods. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain.
