Mild fever and pain
My mother had mild fever two days ago but After taking Calpol 650 her fever has gone. But in Blood test her Dengue NS1 negative, IGM negative but Igg positive. WBC Count Total 15860, Neutrophil count 85℅ i.e, 13481 and Platelet count 1,82,000 and She has whole joint pain. She had RA factor and Anti CCP positive in past.

Presently dengue is negetive..
Total count being high is some source if infection is present..
Kindly continue the same medication wit adequate hydration n food..

One thing is clear, she is not suffering from active Dengue at present.
She has an infection.
It could be a bacterial infection. Her total leucocyte count is high.
She should get some antibiotics. Other supportive treatments will continue.

She is currently dengue negative.raised ig G suggests an earlier dengue infection
