Mild congestion in right side of lung

Asked for Male, 35 Years

Brother is having mild weakness with mild headache. He don't have fever or other symptoms. Our physician checked and said may be the viral infection. He is having mild congestion on right lung. My question is one side mild congestion can be covid or other infection. Pls. Help.
