Mild Back pain for more than 2 weeks
Hi Doctor, I have been facing a mild Back ache just above the hip. It happened 2 weeks back when I had lifted a weight and the very next day I had sat on the floor with out any back support. The Pain has Been not to regular. It comes when ever I stress my back. I ve became cautious and I am no more the same person whom I use to be couple of weeks before. Please Advice

Possibly there is a slip disc. Good part is you feel pain only upon some postures not regularly
