Migraine Attacks while studying

My friend is suffering from migraine and she is currently giving her CA final Examinations. She starts getting bad migraine attacks whenever she starts studying for examinations. For her May 2017 attempt, she had a continuous headache throughout her preparations and thus couldn't clear and now again for the November 2017 attempt, the same has started. It is fine when she sleeps but the pain starts as soon as she wakes up.
