Masturbation addict , migraine,insmonia
I have been masturbating for last 8 years ,due to over masturbation it cost me migraine and insomniac , I know that over masturbation is dangerous but I am struggling to control and I don't have self control.nowadays on I am masturbating 10 days per month. Due to over masturbation my body became so weak and I am fed up and I want to come out of the hell and the problem is I have not shared my problem and I am an introvert and tell me ways to control my sexual urges and masturbation. Even suggest me tablets to control my sexual urges? And please never tell masturbation is normal because of over masturbation I suffered lot of pain for past eight years and tell me ways to overcome my problem?

Sometimes a person becomes obsessive about certain behaviours in lofe. Excess of everything is a problem. You will need detailed assessment for anciety and ovsessive behaiours.
