Hi, As per your history you might having bipolar mood disorder. But details of your mood episode is missing like how much your work affected by your symptoms, till how many days such symptoms are there, you have immediate shift from one episode to other, any history of substance abuse, duration of your illness, total mood episode during your illness period. Please provide more details, also it is better for you to consult nearby psychiatrist, he will collect detail history from you and decide your treatment. As a mood stabilizer lithium is very much effective in euphoric young bipolar patients. Thank you. Dr Ramashanker Yadav Psychiatrist
