  4. Middle backache (impulsive) Pain.

Middle backache (impulsive)
A region where normally kidney lies at the back. (12th thoracic, 3rd lumbar). I feel pain sometime mainly while inhaling. The pain is very shortlived and goes automatically with no other trails. Pain doesn't feel like other muscle/bone pain.
