Good morning,
I am suffering from back injury from 20 days.
First 3 days there is a pain .
But now there is no pain but little bit discomfort while walking.
Kindly help me.

If the injury is very severe, better to get xray just to not miss anything.

Couple of weeks to resolve of it's sprain
Rest and avoid forward bending and lifting weights
Take pain killer twice a day for 5 days
