Ive been feeling pain in my lower back. I feel pain when i try to bend over, walk, and when i get up from bed. The muscle tenses up and spasms. Ive been feeling this for 3 days now.

Isometric back exercise, muscle stretching exercise and strethning of back muscle .after taking 5 session of physiotherapy treatment definitely you will feel better
