I am having mid back pain from 5 days. It has been reduced little bit due to eating dynapar for 3 days but it is still there.

-Control Hypertension, Diabetes or metabolic disorder, if there is any.
--. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding.
--. Keep no pillow under the head.
--. Avoid painful acts & activities.
--. Fomentation with warm water/ Gel pac .
Let the part not be exposed to cold.

--. Ugesic (Piroxicam) 20mg 1 tab once a day x 5days
--. Caldikind plus (Mankind) 1 tab Once a day x 10 days.

IT professionals usually have posture issues resulting in back pain.
Watch your posture, sit with proper back support, take intermittent breaks and do Streching, avoid lifting weights while bending forward , ..
These measures would help you in long term..
Consult an orthopedic surgeon for clinical examination in case of persistent pain.
