Mid back pain from 5 days
Hello Doc, I am having mid back pain from 5 days. It has been reduced little bit due to eating dynapar for 3 days but it is still there. I am an it professional.

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Keep no  pillow under the head. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. --. Fomentation with warm water/ Gel pac . Let the part not be exposed to cold. -- .Do mild exercises for back and lower limbs. IT professionals usually have posture issues resulting in back pain. Watch your posture, sit with proper back support, take intermittent breaks and do Streching, avoid lifting weights while bending forward , .. These measures would help you in long term.. Consult an orthopedic surgeon for clinical examination in case of persistent pain.

Hello.. greetings from bone and wellness clinic..Anti inflammatory medicine for 5days with posture correction is advisable. Not to lift heavy weight, Not to squat or sit cross legged.
Next Steps
Do regular spine strengthening exercises once pain subsides.
