Microvascular Angina
Is there any diagnosis for non obstructive microvascular angina? I am a 34 year female with normal ecg , echo , HR and BP. However I have been getting chest pain , pressure and breathing difficulty on slight exertion. I can't walk fast , can't run. Walking in elevation and stairs also gives me chest pain . I was unable to complete the TMT test. Doctor said we can do a coronary angiogram but given my age it's highly unlikely anything will show up. Also since I have done few ct scans in the past , I also don't want to do this scan if its not useful. But my quality of life is bad due to this symptom. I read about Non Obstructive Microvascular angina and my symptoms look like it but didn't find any information about test and treatment. Can a cardiologist guide me? Also all this started after my covid infection 2 years ago
