Since how long you face these issues??? Was there any failure or missing of somebody in your life in the recent past?? If u feel yes for any one of the above questions then that's why you feel those . So please visit a Counsellor in your city and come out of this unnecessary feeling and lead a happy life

Hi, the details provided are not enough. There is definitely some Psychiatric or Psychological problem , most likely Depression. However, detailed evaluation will be necessary.
Please visit a Psychiatrist at the earliest for the same.
You can get better once you have a  proper diagnosis. With a good treatment plan (medication/ counseling)  you  can definitely come out of this situation.
