*Hypothyroidism- take your Thyronorm and get TSH checked every 6 months in case the dose needs changing
*Hypertension- take your Olmet20 and get BP check every 3 months with target BP less than 130/80 mm Hg
*High TG- diet changes and if still high then full lipid profile and Atorvastatin 10mg at night
*High SGOT/PT- Hepatitis B, hepatitis c , ferritin, Ultrasound abdomen and Fibroscan of liver initially. Then every 6 months LFT +/- AFP
*Depression- take your medication and regularly consult Psychiatrist
*Borderline sugar- HBA1C check every 3 months
*Low testosterone- is from a combination of above. So nothing specific needed

Health Tips
Thank you. Looking forward to help fight your issues. Have a good day Sir.
You seem to have multiple related issues like thyroid imbalance, BP, high triglycerides, borderline sugar and liver enzyme elevation. Many of these can be interconnected (possible metabolic syndrome).
This needs proper evaluation with detailed blood tests and physical assessment rather than adjusting medicines blindly.
It is important not to self-treat testosterone or change doses on your own.
Based on your symptoms, this may require proper clinical assessment and prescription. You may book an online consultation with me for detailed evaluation and personalised treatment plan.
Continue the medicine and treatment. Along with you need to change your dietary habits and lifestyle modifications. Do routine morning excercise daily and take more fibrous diet to decrease the cholesterol levels.
