I met an car accident two days before. I was driving. Glass at front is broke. Both Air bags got blown as well. Impact was a bit huge. After accident I'm feeling my left face side a bit numb. It's a minor numbness but still want to make sure there is no internal injury I got. Shall I get a MRI done or CT Scan or anything else.

If your problem is declining everyday then wait but if numbness is not reducing then plz go for a CT-scan of HEAD AND NECK. As your neck may be affected by the thrush during accident.

Usually when head injuries are not that severe, we ask the patient to monitor himself for any signs and symptoms of severe head injury with in the first 24 hrs such as severe headache, nausea and vomitings and weakness/numbness of the whole body.. When no such symptoms occurred and if the patient condition didn't deteriorate, we usually do not need to do further investigations/imaging.. But as you say you feel numbness in your face, it seems to be a local injury.. And hopefully not a serious one... Most likely because of the edema due to impact.
Next Steps
As the incident occurred two days and as you don't complain the above symptoms, any severe injuries are less likely... You can still consult an orthopedic doctor to physically examine you and rule out all other injuries. Hope this is helpful
