Met with an accident 4 days ago
Tetanus injection has been taken and course has been completed as well. Pain killers have been taken. However now the skin is turning out to be bad and getting harder. Please suggest

Hello, you have properly taken your treatment but daily dressing is needed for your wound.
Next Steps
It might otherwise get infected n might cause u to get fever or it might spread too. Another course of antibiotics is needed too.

You should be cleaning the wound properly with a disinfectant n apply ointment over it. Please do consult for proper treatment.

The area is infected, u need to get the area dressed daily for at least 5 days and take antibiotics
