Please don't put doctors in a corner ; I can't travel in  a car or bus, I can't tolerate the medicine , I had to resign from my job, I can't tolerate this, I can't tolerate that, I want to comit suicide. What are you up to ? Please consult with an ENT specialist in your area He may find something wrong  with the internal ear. If not , please consult with a Neurophysician . He may find something wrong with  cerebellum. You may have to get CT or MRI done with the advice of the Neurophysician. There is lot more to do before committing suicides.
