Generally nerve damage doesn't happen because we don't give apical pressure while removing teeth , but still we do extractions only if it is very much needed ...if you don't have any problem ,let it be there then

Right side horizontally impacted wisdom tooth is very close to mandible nerve. You can visit an oral and maxillofacial surgeon to remove Right and left impacted wisdom tooth. For prescription of medication, you can consult through this.

Dear practo user ,.   The xray shows mesioangular impacted third molar and yes it's close to the nerve But surgery can be done . Nerve damage ..is always repairable.

Their is no nerve damage but yes tooth lies very close proximity to the nerve consult oral surgeon the will help. Extraction can only b done by oral surgeon because it is a high risk surgery consult here for further details

Hello Yes thr s chance of complication bcz of nerve are very close to roots,but it is not high risk.u can go for removal of tooth from oral maxillofacial surgeon
