To delay my cycle, I took 2 doses of meprate for 2 days. On the third day I had a core workout post which I started experiencing cramps with light spotting and from next day the flow was heavy like a regular period.
How to determine if this was withdrawal bleeding or my regular cycle?
Also since I've stopped taking the dose (after the first 2 days) when shall I expect my next period?
Just to mention my period cycle has always been regular (31 day cycle) and core workouts always have had an impact on preponing my cycle by 1-2 days.

The bleeding is un related to the workout
Withdrawal bleeding will happen when you stop the medication and wait not while on the medication
Normally also you can get your periods 9 days in advance or 7 days late that is a normal menstrual cycle
Is unrelated to the workouts
Usually once you stop taking the medication the wait period to get your periods is up to 7 to 10 days
