I am glad you didn't ask if eating Chicken Biryani can lead to rise in Prolactin level ? You have taken Meprate one year back. You must have eaten many more medicines in the last one year. But you blamed only Meprate for raised Prolactin. Do you remember when you got Prolactin level done last time ? Do you remember the results? It is possible that you had high Prolactin level for a long time.

Meprate can not be taken for birth control. It does not have contraceptive benefits. It doesn’t cause raised prolactin.
