I don't know if I need help.. But I m not normal these days.. Last year has been very hard on me but I thought I dealt with it.. But from few days I notice in being too emotional.. My feelings are being extreme.. Either I over react or don't react at all.. I m unable to cry during the day.. Only at nights I start crying.. I'm having difficulty in falling asleep.. N my food intake is gone too less.. When I talk to my frnds im normal, happy like nothing existed.. But wen I'm left alone, I feel, I cry.
