Mental Stress
I'm undergoing some serious mental stress which can't be relieved. I'm trying to get over it, but i can't. I can't think of something else. I can't do any other work. I'm in serious amount of depression. I don't know how to forget it. I can't sleep in the night. I know the issue I'm going through is not a very serious one, but i can't get over it. My mental stress is eating my brain. I'm not having any problems with my personal life. But i can't relieve the tension & pressure inside my heart.

You need to get in touch with a psychiatrist and have a detailed discussion of this issue that you seem to be unable to let go of. He will recommend therapy and medication( if the situation requires it).

Hi young man, a confused mindset ! You are in strong denials but repeated that you are facing problems to remain emotionally stable . Excessive negative thoughts , worries , nervous feelings etc needs to be dealt with by consulting Mental health Practitioners .

Your stress needs to be discussed in detail. You need to vent out your fears and insecurities out of you. Only then can you feel better. Medications and therapy will help a lot. Please consult .
