I'm always stressed completely with negative thoughts. There are no positives in me. Even my family members are uncomfortable with my attitude. They couldn't find anything good about me. I hate myself. It is my family / personal life.
Apart from this, I'm an Assistant Professor, that could motivate considerable number of students, who were benefited out of my lectures and support. But whenever I get a positive word from students I'm unable to accept it.

Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help here. Negativity in life and emotional beliefs are interlinked. When you are emotionally disturbed due to depression or anxiety, your mind will be clogged with negative thoughts influenced by your beliefs and experiences.
So it's better to address the source or root cause for your emotional disturbance to understand any underlying stress.
