If someone is suffering from severe OCD and his IQ test score is 57 at that time and after treatment he get cured and normal like us.Can his IQ be between 85-115 range.Is it possible that his IQ lies in normal range.

there is a chance that because of the OCD his performance in IQ test had been subpar and will come to his original normal after he has received treatment.
But again I would insist there is no drug or therapy to increase your IQ levels so much.
