Mental health issue or something else?
I always have this sort of pain in the back of my head. It doesn't hurt that much, but sometimes it will hurt a little more than normally. I'm not sure if it has to do with the way I am sleeping on my bed or if it is something more serious. The only health issue I've been dealing with recently is bad anxiety. I don't normally get headaches or anything. The pain is located in the back of my head in the lower part right where my neck starts. What could this head pain be?

hello practo user I can understand the difficult situation that you are currently facing in your life. It is usually observed that headaches are triggered by stressful events which are happening around us. It is advisable that you try and practice guided meditation on a regular basis with deep breathing techniques. Spend time talking to your near family members and close friends, engage in multiple activities to keep yourself distracted. Try and have enough water intake and a balanced diet for the same. It is suggested that you seek help from a clinical psychologist for a proper evaluation of your problems through regular psychotherapy sessions in which you can also learn positive and healthy coping strategies. You can also get in touch with me through the practo app for any further help or guidance.
