I get very negative thoughts. Things don't get out of my head easily. I cry alot. I feel like crying all the time. Of something happens out of my liking I start crying and I become very abnormally restless I want to kill myself I feel helpless and I cry all night. Also my close one's doesn't seem to understand me. This restlessness is very toxic and I feel I am toxic to people around me. Please help me I need help.

The fact that you are aware that when things do not go your way you becomes restless and cry is that you have a slight insight about your behaviour.
You need to know and learn that you can only control your thoughst and actions and not of those around you.
