I don't know if I'm in depression Or not. I'm becoming more silent day by day. Not feeling like eating anything. Not active on social media. Not talking with anyone. Feeling to keep quite as much as possible. Tried meditation but can't concentrate. Not doing anything except watching one or the other thing on cellphone. Becoming lazy day by day. Not at all doing my daily exercise. Not studying. Don't feel like sharing these things with anyone. Do I need a Dr.? Or is it normal these days due to pandemic?

The pandemic is causing what we call as the Covid Fatigue. Symptoms that you have listed, if in the absence of any situation change or organic cause, could be Covid Fatigue. You can have brief intervention sessions with a qualified psychologist.
I feel you need a proper psychiatric consultation and detailed workup on your symptoms as well as on your state of mind..many a times it recovers with only counselling while sometimes you need both counselling plus medicines..
Still many factors are unclear from your question i would suggest personal talk with a psychiatrist..
Next Steps
Consult a psychiatrist for proper diagnosis and treatment
