I am suffering a strange type of mental conditioning.l am not able to tell this to my family because no one understands it. It was started from April 2021 at the second wave of covid 19. At that time my younger brother was covid positive. but I take all these to seriously and now it's about 10 months passed away, but the negatively that was entered in my mind is effect my mental health I had worried about my health always.. when I had busy in doing something then not more thought come in my mind but at the free time I am thinking baseless things, I am not focused in my works . Always try to find a solution but nothing happens. My mind is not clear that what I have to do I am totally confused that how I overcome from this satuation.. It's kind of a overthinking which frustrating me to much, l am suffering from it since April 2021..
