Hello mam I have find changes in confidence & nature since yesterday. I feel like I am afraid and lost my strong confidence and positive attitude .its because of mental healthof my family members .I take lot of pressure and thinking so much that I can't help my family. Please give me advice what I have to do to regain my confidence back.

Hi thanks for query. I understand your difficult phase. When there are plenty of pressure or stress related to any thing personal or professional, absence of coping ability will result in problem of psychological well being. It is some kind of vicious circle - one connecting other. You can visit psychologist, through their guidance you can lead better life. Take care.
