Imageries running in mind is one of the symptom of OCD. The insight about the symptoms will decide whether it is psychosis or OCD. Usually a person with OCD would like the symptoms to stop and a person with psychosis can not defrentiate between reality and imageries. But information provided by you is not sufficient to provide a diagnosis. You will need a detailed evaluation to decide further treatment.
Next Steps
Detailed evaluation by a psychiatrist
Health Tips
Keep a thought dairy, write down about imageries and it's significance to you.
