Imaginary scenarios is running in my mind in alone. Due to imagination, sometimes i laugh in alone. Due to it i am not able to sleep. Imaginary scenarios is like abusing to someone, fighting to someone, talking to someone. I wanted to tell them.

Since when is this happening.? I would suggest you to directly go and talk to the people or the one whom you want to talk to which in reverse affecting you in such a way as you are unable to express your emotions. If not that person, talk to someone and vent the emotions out.
