Menstruation issue
Hello, I am a 30 yr old my this month period is light flow which is in normal heavy for first 3 days of my period but this month today is third day of my period but there is only spotting nd few drops and not a regular flow. I am not on any medication neither I have any medical issue right now. I am worried please suggest me what should I do. Can it could be hormonal changes because I am in my 30's.

If you are sexually active and do a pregnancy test. If it's negative get thyroid function test done. Sometimes periods can be light
